Mr. Rogers is an information technology professional with over twenty years of experience working on high profile matters providing innovative solutions to complex data analytic and legal technology business problems. He has extensive expertise managing large teams in the investigation and litigation consulting area with an emphasis on computer forensics, data analytics, and electronic discovery. Dave specializes in working with corporate legal departments alongside external counsel helping them respond to government inquiries and providing electronic discovery support on internal investigations. In recent years, he has also worked with many clients to improve their internal capabilities to insource components of the electronic discovery process by identifying gaps and implementing programs to fit their objectives in a cost-effective manner.

Kevin focused on aligning legal strategy to business strategy in pursuit of value. Operational excellence is his emphasis. Business outcomes are his priority. Fostering engagement and cross-pollination throughout the organization is his passion. Developing his team members to their highest potential is his motivator.  Kevin provides technical and business management expertise for the litigation support team at Thompson & Knight, while delivering consultation on ediscovery, information privacy, data security and governance, for TK’s attorneys and clients. Kevin is an active attorney in Texas, Illinois and the D.C., as well as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. (CIPP/US), Relativity Expert (RCA, RAS, and RCU), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), and Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).

Rich Robinson began his legal-technology career in 1999 in the IT department for a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. He has served in numerous roles in IT and Litigation Support in large and medium-sized firms in Boston, Providence, Austin and Dallas. He has worked in the eDiscovery vendor space and spent seven years as the eDiscovery and Information Manager for JCPenney prior to joining Toyota. Rich is a founding board member of the bDiscovery and ACEDS chapters in Dallas and speaks regularly at eDiscovery conferences around the country.

Melissa Heidrick currently serves as an eDiscovery Project Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright; she also serves as Of Counsel for Kidd Production LLP, in Tyler, Texas. Previously, Melissa worked as a Team Coordinator at Level 2 Legal Solutions, and as a Transactional Associate at Michael W. Reindollar PC. She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, is a Director at Large for the Dallas Chapter of ACEDS, and is the current Chapter Director for the Dallas Chapter of Women in eDiscovery. Melissa is also co-founder and co-owner of MM Quail Farm.

Doug is a Global Cyber Program Manager for Citi Security & Investigative Services (CSIS) at Citigroup. Doug's responsibilities focus on the oversight of technology used within the Global Investigative Support program, which provides eDiscovery, forensic, and data science capabilities in support of investigators and other stakeholders at Citigroup. Doug is an expert in design and solutions implementation and is responsible for developing new departmental procedures, best practices, and mechanisms to increase efficiency, ensure defensibility and compliance, and minimize costs. Prior to joining Citi, Doug has held technology and senior eDiscovery roles at major law firms for over 15 years, including Robinson & Cole in Boston, Stroock Stroock & Lavan and Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, and Akin Gump in Dallas. In these roles he served as a subject matter expert with extensive technical expertise to legal teams, vendors, and colleagues and managed complex projects for high profile clients.

Eric Boyd is the Firm's Director of Litigation Support. He has over 17 years of experience withElectronically Stored Information (ESI), E-Discovery, computer forensics, litigation support and trialpresentation. Additionally, he works across the Firm with vendors and clients on pricing, and helpsclients coordinate legal holds internally and devise forensic collection plans. Eric has been with theFirm since 2010 and has been the Director of our Litigation & E-Discovery Group since 2014.

Patrick Butts, CEDS, IGP is Director of Legal Operations and Information Governance for Hilltop Securities in Dallas, Texas. Hilltop Securities is a Texas-based diversified financial services company, servicing clients from offices across the United States in Public Finance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Structured Finance, Clearing Services, Corporate Finance and Securities Lending. In his role with Hilltop Securities, Patrick’s responsibilities are distributed between management of corporate legal related processes and practices; consultation with in-house and outside counsel regarding management of legal initiatives; integration of an Information Governance program, consisting of records management, information classification, supervising and managing the work flow and activities of the E-Discovery team and assisting with discovery for complex litigation, regulatory investigations and other disputes, leading the development of policies and procedures, training requirements and strategic vision for the E-Discovery program and platform, and collaboration with technology and business units on information governance.
